I agree with 1, definitely 3 and 4 and 6, and because of the way she is produced, 10.
Celine Dion, besides her always singing in her loudest voice on all notes and all parts, her songs are always chosen and arranged PURELY to showcase her voice instead of her being able to make the song feel more personal. I might actually like her stuff if 1. She wrote it and 2. if she'd get a completely different producer, like Nigel Godrich who produced Radiohead's Ok Computer, Beck's Sea Change, and Paul McCartney's Chaos and Creation in the Backyard. Her doing some dark material would be quite nice, but she'd never do it. None of the good singers are going to do something like that, unfortunately.
For me, the most IRRITATING voice ever is Axl Rose. His voice hits me like fingernails down a metal garbage can lid and more fingernails down a chalkboard at the same time--it's like Ethyl Merman meets, meets---I don't know, but his voice is just SO grating. When I heard bits of Chinese Democracy, the leaks anyway, it actually sounded like he's improved and isn't relying quite as much on that sound that he usually accentuates as much as possible.
The rest on that list I don't really agree with.
