I'm thinking I really need to do some re-evaluating. Since I lost Hackfest, my forum has really taken a downturn. 
I'm trying to figure out what kind of debates people like.
I'm a big fan of heated debates, but others don't like that so much. To me, heated debates are what really bring out the meat and potatoes of issues, but other people get turned off by this kind of thing.
This has been a difficult thing.
I'm really wanting to bring some traffic back here, but I don't want to spam anywhere. I don't want to do what I find so irritating about other places.
Please, any suggestions you may have, please let me know. Please, tell me off if there's something I've been doing that has been irritating or wrong to you. Please.

It's a real bitch trying to figure out what people are satisfied with. Different forums cater to different groups and target audiences, and it's tough trying to figure out what it is debaters are looking for. I think if you're looking for heated debate, you might want to consider joining forces with site like SFA, which is basically a free-for-all.

I have recently found out that I did NOT lose Hackfest due to the way I moderate the forum, in fact, he has a lot of respect for it. I was worried was that I had lost a member because I was doing things poorly, and I wanted to learn as much from that situation as I could.
