I haven't kept up with the show. At all. Right now I'm taping it for someone.
What I'd really like to know is this:
Has there ALWAYS been this stupid thing at the bottom of the screen that looks like a chat window during the show? What kind of boneheaded idea was it to put it there? Do people like it?

yeah, and? Can someone explain why people want to see that on the bottom of the screen?

I have never noticed that before.
My complaint: I wish the directors/writers of the show would resolve at least one mystery before they create seventeen other ones. This absolutely drives me crazy!

Supposedly Trent Reznor will be making a cameo on the show soon. He and the director regularly eat tacos together and are good friends. A few of the episodes have been named after NIN songs. "The Greater Good," and "The Beginning of the End" for example.

The one I was watching was a recap--that's why they had that stupid thing at the bottom of the screen.
I couldn't agree with you more about the show. I can't stand it. It's just one problem stacking on top of another, and nothing resolves, it just gets deeper and more confusing, and they could carry it out for a couple more years this way. I don't understand why people like it other than they're masochistic or something.
