This is the screen you want to go to. Make sure that Bus A is set to the appropriate values. My card probably has different names in the fields than yours.

The problem is, I do what you are showing on the screen, but the problem comes afterwards.
I do the setup, and then....nothing.
I don't know I guess....how to trigger the midi? What I mean is I click the keys on my keboard and I don't hear anything coming through the computer....I don't know how to make it trigger the samples on reason. I have tried hitting record, etc, and I just get nothing. I have tried loading hte samples and clicking aroudn, and....nothing.
I have no idea what i am doing wrong.

It already works on mine. The problem is figuring out HOW I got it to work. I know there were some options I had to go through, but I can't remember which ones. It has been a while....

So just so we are clear. You plug it in, and when you press the keys on your keyboard it automatically triggers the stuff on the screen?
I am wondering how you got there. You showed me that picture above. IS that literally all you did and then when you push keys it goes or are there steps after that point?
PS, I borrowed a guitar again. Man it is sweet playing a nicer guitar. My girlfriend borrowed my headphones and is gone for th enight, so I will have to wait until tomorrow to record, but I can't wait to redo some of the mucky guitar parts with a much better sounding guitar. Exciting times

I've had the program for a while, and I don't remember the steps I took when I first hooked it up....

Have you looked into the options on this screen?
And have you gotten your keyboard's midi output to work on any other programs? What kind of keyboard is it? Might it require going into a special mode to have midi output?
