This is exciting news. It's especially going to be nice for cameras.  And laptops. And everything else.... especially everything.

Oh hell yeah. The battery is the only drawback right now to most of the cool electronics. And this fixes that. Woot!

This is really going to change a lot of portable things in the future. This is MAJOR!! This is going to change portable devices more than anything that we've seen over the past 4 or 5 years besides the iPhone and iPod. I'm really looking forward to seeing some of the advantages to these new batteries

Oh--another thing this might have some impact on---people who have solar-panels all over their house--the battery backups for nighttime
