Only in our gloriously poorly regulated capitalist market economy could a braindamaged woman get sued by Wal-Mart for "losses" recouped when she suffered an injury. Her "walmart healthplan" *snicker, tee hee*, if there is such a thing, apparently had "fine print" a 1000 lawyers had to comb over in 5 languages that stated wal-mart will pay out, but will steal all of your money to recoup their "health costs" if you get any money for lawsuit.

I love US Private Health. Screwing over the masses to satisfy the shareholders' bottom line. It's the American way.

I also saw a report in my weekly magazine yesterday that our infant mortality rate is like 28th in the world. Ouch.
