Just a strange thing I'm looking up right now....
I just wonder why people who have done this haven't been arrested (with the exception of in Rio). How are they able to do this?

I've been reading stories on this and it seems people haven't really gotten in trouble except for the bassist/singer for queens of the stone age when he performed naked in Rio. Crazy talk, probably, but that's okay, who ever heard of a totally sane rock vocalist? 
Edit: Are bars/clubs able to have naked people performing at them in general without a special license? Are there exceptions made if it's only an occasional thing?
Okay, I'm probably being silly. Yes, that's what it is.
