This is a man who continued to beat on this child until the child was only recognizable via DNA. I think the police did the right thing in their decision. I guess some people think otherwise, somehow.

The cop definitely did the right thing. I would have done the same myself. Some folks are appalled that more people did not try to intervene before the cop arrived on the scene. I did read that an elderly couple stopped, but it is hard to judge without being there. This is such a sad story.
