I had a question about how something works on vBulletin forums--some of the admins of some vBulletin forums didn't know how to answer it, so I decided to go to the official vBulletin support forum--guess what--one has NO posting privileges on that forum unless they can prove they own a license for vBulletin. I was able to get all my questions answered via their phone support--their phone support is great. Why in the world would they cripple their forum like that for people who don't own a license? It's not like it's a live-chat-support site, it's a FORUM for God's sake! A fucking forum!
I'm happy that I'm using phpBB.
