Phantasie I and II (III sucked)
Adventure (Atari 2600, but make it also have complex 3d mazes that also go up and down and have your movement be able to go up and down as easily as the other directions)
Arcanum
Bruce Lee (c64)
Montezuma's Revenge (not the lame Montezuma's Return that only works on 3dfx cards)
Pitfall II
Gates of Dawn
Mission on Thunderhead

Indy Heat. Seriously. With our current technology it would be easy as hell to add a MASSIVE amount of tracks and also more details to add to your car as you race and an online aspect. Man would that be sweet.
