Harborview truly is a great facility with really great doctors. Basic Health plan covers them, and actually that's the hospital that I originally signed up for the Basic Health plan at.

I personally do not like advertisement of any kind. That is one of the reasons why I do not watch much television, and I "strongly" oppose drug companies advertising to the general public.

I am actually almost never against advertisement. But I will have to concede that advertising in the case of pharmacuticals seems a bit over the top to me.

The reason why advertisement doesn't usually bother me, is it pays for the programming I like to watch on television. The web sites I go to-- many are supported because of advertisement. I believe advertisement has definite advantages for the consumer, since as a result there is a lot of Free Radio, free television, and free web sites.

I am not against most advertisement either--I just think that ALL pharmaceutical advertisements for non-over-the-counter products is wrong.

I found a great link with 50 ads that may be considered too far. I'm not going to post all the pictures here, but here's the link and one pic. Some good stuff.
